THE COMPANY

The General Terms and Conditions of Sale below take effect upon reservation.
RULES AND RESERVATIONS
You can check accommodation availability on our website.
For bookings made online directly from our website www.lesbullesdebordeaux.com , payment will be made securely via our partner AmenitizPay according to the payment conditions in force at the time of booking.
For bookings made by telephone or e-mail, the full amount of the stay must be paid at the time of booking by cheque, bank transfer, credit card, vacation vouchers or cash. The reservation will be blocked for 7 days while we receive your payment. After this period, your reservation option will be cancelled.
If the date of your stay is within 10 days of your booking request, payment must be made in full by credit card within 24 hours. If you book within 24 hours of your stay, payment must be made immediately on booking by credit card.
For payments by paper vacation vouchers or cash, you will be asked to provide a cheque for the amount of your booking – this will be retained and returned to you when you return your vacation vouchers or cash during your stay. In the event of cancellation on your part and in accordance with our general conditions of sale, a partial or total deduction from your payment will be retained and your cheque will be cashed.
Once payment has been received, we will send you an e-mail confirming your reservation.

GIFT VOUCHERS
We offer gift vouchers on our website.
Each gift voucher is valid for one year from the date of issue.
Reservations are subject to availability on the date requested.
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you, which will have the value of a firm booking – your stay will then be subject to our general terms and conditions of sale.
The gift voucher entitles the holder only to the corresponding service purchased – The amount paid at the time of purchase of the gift voucher cannot be considered as a sum to be credited against a stay. No refund or compensation can be claimed if the amount of the gift voucher exceeds that of the stay on the date booked. Any additional services requested by the customer must be paid for in full at the current rate. Overnight stays benefiting from a last-minute special offer or being the subject of a promotion limited in time are not eligible for gift vouchers.
Les Bulles de Bordeaux reserves the right to cancel your stay in the event of an Orange weather warning, announcing bad weather such as storms or thunderstorms, or any other bad weather and cases of force majeure beyond our control. In such circumstances, we will offer to reschedule your stay at a later date. This new date must respect the validity date of the gift voucher.
No refund of gift vouchers can be claimed.

Please always state your name and booking reference when making payment.
In the event of a partial or total refund of the stay following a cancellation requested by the customer within the allotted time, any bank transaction charges levied by the payment service providers will be deducted from the amount refunded.
CAPACITY
The maximum capacity in our bubbles is two people as specified in our rates – it cannot be exceeded for safety and insurance reasons.
The minimum age for a stay is 12.
ANIMALS
Pets are not allowed in our accommodations.
CASE OF FORCE MAJEURE (Covid-19 and other declared pandemics)
Unless a decree or order takes precedence over the conditions set out below, any stay that cannot be honored due to force majeure will be subject to the following provisions:
● In the event of new government measures (mileage restrictions, national or local confinement, curfew, closure of establishments or borders, etc.) preventing your arrival, you may request either the postponement of your stay within 6 months of the date on which the confinement is lifted or its reimbursement.
● If one of the occupants is PCR positive for Covid-19 (or another virus declared as a pandemic), or is a contact case, on presentation of official proof of the positive result of the Covid-19 test and/or official notice of confinement for contact cases, you can request either postponement of your stay for a period of 6 months following the date of the end of your isolation or reimbursement.
A medical certificate does not constitute valid proof.
Les Bulles de Bordeaux must be informed in writing by customers of their inability to stay within 12 hours of receiving the positive test response or the case-contact notice. If this deadline is not met, les bulles de Bordeaux reserves the right to refuse the request for reimbursement or postponement. Failure by the customer to inform les bulles de Bordeaux within the given deadline will be considered as an obstacle to the marketing of les bulles de Bordeaux accommodation, thus preventing the company from taking all necessary steps to put the overnight stay back on sale.
Requests for postponement or reimbursement in cases of force majeure should be sent by email to sophie@lesbullesdebordeaux.fr, specifying the booking code and date of stay.
RATES
Les Bulles de Bordeaux rates include VAT and tourist tax. Breakfast for two is included in the nightly rate.
Only the prices indicated on our website or on partner websites with which SAS le domaine des Dourneaux collaborates are binding.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
Your stay will take place on a private estate. We thank you for respecting the security rules as specified at the time of your arrival and for ensuring the peace and quiet of the premises.
For safety reasons, it is strictly forbidden to light a fire or bring any cooking or heating system on site. It is also forbidden to smoke or vaporize inside Les Bulles.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
We look forward to welcoming you from 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm.
48 hours before your arrival, we would be grateful if you could arrange an arrival time by e-mail or telephone.
Please let us know if you arrive after 7.30pm.
On the day of your departure, the bubbles must be vacated by 11 a.m. at the latest. Please return any equipment you may have been given to the reception desk. You will be expected there for final formalities.
VALUABLE ITEMS
We recommend that you do not leave valuables in the accommodation. The management cannot be held responsible for theft in the Bubbles.
COMPLAINTS
Any complaint relating to a stay must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within 30 days of the stay to the following address: SAS LE DOMAINE DES DOURNEAUX – Direction – 6, Chemin des Dourneaux – 33370 SALLEBOEUF
DISPUTE
In the event of a dispute, the Bordeaux Court shall have sole jurisdiction.
DATA PROTECTION
SAS Le Domaine des Dourneaux undertakes to ensure that the collection and processing of personal information is carried out in compliance with French law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, data files and individual liberties, known as the “Informatique et Libertés” law.

RULES AND RESERVATIONS

For bookings made online directly from our website www.lesbullesdebordeaux.com , payment will be made securely via our partner AmenitizPay according to the payment conditions in force at the time of booking.
For bookings made by telephone or e-mail, the full amount of the stay must be paid at the time of booking by cheque, bank transfer, credit card, vacation vouchers or cash. The reservation will be blocked for 7 days while we receive your payment. After this period, your reservation option will be cancelled.
If the date of your stay is within 10 days of your booking request, payment must be made in full by credit card within 24 hours. If you book within 24 hours of your stay, payment must be made immediately on booking by credit card.
For payments by paper vacation vouchers or cash, you will be asked to provide a cheque for the amount of your booking – this will be retained and returned to you when you return your vacation vouchers or cash during your stay. In the event of cancellation on your part and in accordance with our general conditions of sale, a partial or total deduction from your payment will be retained and your cheque will be cashed.
Once payment has been received, we will send you an e-mail confirming your reservation.

GIFT VOUCHERS
